Description
This fascinating work of art by Noda Setsun, created in the Showa period, shows a masterful depiction of bamboo and sparrows. The subtle details on the silk emphasize the harmony between nature and life, while the warm coloring lends the motif a timeless elegance. The contrast between the delicate bamboo leaves and the dynamic movements of the birds reflects the vitality of nature.
The kakemono is fitted with a jikusaki made of wood and comes in a signed wooden box, underscoring its authenticity and collector's value. An exceptional work for connoisseurs of traditional Japanese painting.
